Physical Designer

The Physical Designer is responsible for designing photomasks and production artwork for parts and subassemblies manufactured using proprietary PolyStrata® technology. This role involves working in a cross-functional team environment with electrical and mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and test groups to ensure designs meet engineering and contractual requirements. The position requires initiative, independent design capabilities, and adherence to budget and schedule constraints. The role may also involve setting design policies and procedures and providing technical direction to other designers.
