Physical Security Lead

The Physical Security Lead at ARX Robotics will be responsible for developing and operating physical security capabilities across offices, production facilities, and future sites in Europe. Reporting to the Head of Security, the role combines strategic ownership with hands‑on execution to shape security standards, manage external providers, and ensure resilience and incident response across multiple locations.
