Physical Security Specialist

The Physical Security Specialist conducts fraud investigations and performs security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance across Nicolet National Bank's Iowa locations. This role involves monitoring security equipment, promoting safety protocols, and serving as a liaison with law enforcement to protect personnel, assets, and facilities. The position requires traveling to branches throughout the state and working approximately 30-32 hours per week.
