Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works within an in-house therapy team to help residents regain strength, improve mobility, and achieve greater independence through individualized rehabilitation. This full-time role involves providing evidence-based treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist while building meaningful relationships with residents across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care communities. The position offers a collaborative environment where clinical skills and compassion directly impact resident quality of life.
