Physical Therapist Assistant

This role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes throughout the Jacksonville region under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement established plans of care, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve mobility and independence. The position requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently in a home-based environment, and excellent communication with healthcare professionals.
