Physical Therapist Assistant

This role involves providing skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes throughout the Hemet/Temecula region under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The position requires implementing established plans of care, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers on strategies to improve mobility and independence. It is a full-time, 1099 independent contractor role focused on delivering patient-centered care in a home-based environment.
