Physical Therapist Assistant

This role involves providing skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist. The position requires assisting in the evaluation and development of rehabilitative plans of care, instructing patients and families on exercise programs, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation. The Physical Therapist Assistant also participates in agency admission processes and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
