Cleveland Clinic Home Care Services is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services across Eastern Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Portage Counties in Ohio. The role is based out of Independence and focuses on helping patients improve mobility and function in the comfort of their homes while supporting a high-quality patient experience. The position follows a primarily weekday day-shift schedule with required weekend and holiday coverage.
