About this role
A Physical Therapist for the Oklahoma State Department of Health SoonerStart program delivers early intervention services for infants and toddlers (birth to 3) with developmental delays or disabilities. The role focuses on evaluating and treating children in natural environments to improve mobility and function while supporting caregivers and families. Positions are available at three levels (I–III) with differing experience requirements and compensation tied to education and experience.
