About this role
A Physical Therapist at Summa Health at Home and Hospice delivers home-based skilled therapy to post-acute patients as part of an interdisciplinary team focused on compassionate, patient-centered care. The position is as-needed with visits scheduled Monday–Friday (five visits per week) and supports flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement. Candidates must meet CMS/CDC vaccination requirements or have an approved exemption.
