Physical Therapist / PRN

An experienced Physical Therapist works autonomously in a home and community care setting to provide functional rehabilitation for patients with neurological injuries, strokes, or spinal cord injuries. The role involves conducting evaluations, developing and reassessing treatment plans in real-life environments like homes and workplaces, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Unlike traditional clinical settings, this position requires treating patients outside institutional walls to promote greater health and independence.
