Physical Therapist (PRN)

The Physical Therapist (PRN) role involves assessing, planning, and administering rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. The position requires providing physical therapy treatments under a Plan of Care, effectively communicating with staff and residents, and documenting treatments according to department protocols and Medicare guidelines.
