Banner Home Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide skilled in-home physical therapy services across the East Valley (Pinal County, Coolidge and Florence). The role delivers patient-centered evaluations and care in sub-assigned geographic territories within an autonomous but supportive clinical team, with schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and options for pay-per-visit or hourly. Clinicians receive mileage reimbursement and company-provided mobile devices for documentation in the agency EMR.
