The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to residents, focusing on functional movement, mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical performance. Working collaboratively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team, the PT also supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and ensures documentation and care meet Pennsylvania licensure and organizational standards.
