The Physical Therapist delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care within Crossover Health’s Primary Health model, providing 45-minute one-on-one visits for new and returning patients with orthopedic, repetitive stress, and athletic injuries. This part-time role (two days per week) works as an integrated member of an interdisciplinary care team focused on proactive, outcomes-based primary care.
