Physical Therapist

Under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, this role evaluates, plans, and administers medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatments to patients. The position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and providing skilled therapeutic interventions to promote patient function and safety. The Physical Therapist collaborates with clinical teams, supervises support staff, and ensures accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
