Physical Therapist

This full-time Physical Therapist position is based in Sonora, Jamestown, Cooperopolis, and Valley Springs, CA, within a Home Health - Hospice setting. The role offers a flexible schedule with 40 hours per week and includes a $135k base salary plus a sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold an accredited doctorate degree in physical therapy, an active CA license, and at least two years of clinical experience, with Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
