Physical Therapist

Elizabeth Care Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation team and help residents improve mobility, restore function, and achieve independence through individualized care. The role involves evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care. Additionally, the Physical Therapist provides clinical supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and ensures accurate clinical documentation.
