Physical Therapist

This role involves planning and delivering physical therapy treatments for neurologically and physically impaired clients, including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and gait training. The position requires conducting evaluations, home assessments, and school consultations to establish directed activities and equipment needs. The therapist will also instruct clients and caregivers on home exercise programs, pain management, and injury prevention while collaborating with physicians and supervisors to determine treatment plans.
