Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist provides direct outpatient patient care at the Wellspring Campus to restore optimal mobility, function, and strength while decreasing pain. This role involves performing age-specific assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers on safety and home programs. The position requires maintaining accurate medical records and participating in departmental initiatives and student supervision.
