Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist supports families in early intervention using a Primary Service Provider model and evidence-based coaching techniques to reimagine how the world experiences early intervention. This part-time role focuses on providing comprehensive, developmentally appropriate programs for children birth to age three with developmental delays or biological risk factors. The position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community agencies to ensure efficient, thorough, and compassionate care.
