Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will connect with and positively impact patients by promoting their physical, personal, and emotional well-being. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and educate patients and families on managing illnesses or injuries. The position requires providing direct patient care, coordinating discharge planning, and supervising PTAs to help patients achieve maximum self-care and independence.
