Physical Therapist

This role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes throughout the S. Los Angeles region. The Physical Therapist will travel to patients' homes to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and independence.
