Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist assesses, develops, and delivers physical therapy programs to support resident rehabilitation, recovery, and functional independence at Lasell Village. The role involves working across Independent Living, Supportive Living, and Skilled Nursing facilities to identify needs, make referrals, and implement individualized therapy programs. The position requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, supervision of support staff, and adherence to regulatory standards to promote resident health and independence.
