Physical Therapist

A Physical Therapist administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence, performing services in accordance with physician orders and a plan of care under the direction of the Clinical Manager or Therapy Director. The role involves evaluating patient function, developing and revising care plans, and supervising assistant personnel. The position requires adherence to established policies, maintaining patient confidentiality, and completing necessary clinical documentation and assessments.
