Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist develops and oversees individualized, medically prescribed physical therapy plans of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. This role involves providing preventative instruction and rehabilitation for acute or prolonged dysfunction or pain, with an emphasis on movement and therapeutic application of physical and chemical agents. The position requires functioning as a member of the rehabilitation team and participating in in-service training, quality improvement initiatives, and documentation.
