Physical Therapist

This role involves providing inpatient rehabilitation care within a 32-bed facility, utilizing evidence-based practices to establish and implement individualized treatment plans. The position requires conducting evaluations, documenting patient progress accurately, and overseeing the care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides. The Physical Therapist also supports community outreach and participates in departmental quality improvement initiatives.
