Physical Therapist

A Physical Therapist develops and implements individualized treatment programs for patients with acute and chronic health conditions to maximize their quality of life and achieve functional goals. The role involves evaluating patients, determining diagnoses, and modifying care plans based on evidence-based guidelines and patient progress. The therapist collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team, educates patients and families, and may work in inpatient or outpatient settings.
