About this role
The Therapy Aide supports delivery of patient care under the direction of the Department Director and supervising therapists. The role provides administrative and clinical support across inpatient and outpatient therapy settings, helping maintain departmental operations and patient flow. This position works within a hospital environment and interacts frequently with patients, therapists, and clinical staff.
