Physical Therapy Assistant (On-Call)

The Physical Therapy Assistant provides patient care under the supervision of a Program Manager or Physical Therapist at Westminster Baldwin Park, an active living community for older adults. The role involves implementing care plans, assisting with evaluations, monitoring progress, documenting activities, and conducting assessments and screenings as directed by the PT.
