About this role
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) delivers therapeutic care to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and help prevent permanent physical disabilities for patients in a home health setting. The PTA operates as part of an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and supports Humana’s OneHome post-acute care model. This role contributes to patient-centered care delivered in patients’ homes to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications
