Physical Therapy Assistant

The Physical Therapy Assistant works under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to treat clinic patients who have been evaluated and have a planned program of care. The role involves progressing patient treatment as appropriate and utilizing necessary modalities, procedures, techniques, and equipment. The position requires a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association-approved school and a current license from the Mississippi Board of Physical Therapy.
