Physician and APP Recruitment Coordinator

The Physician and APP Recruitment Coordinator supports the growth and success of MCW faculty, physicians, and advanced practice clinicians by coordinating the logistics of the recruitment and interview process. This role serves as a liaison among departments, clinical practices, candidates, and the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development to facilitate a smooth and professional recruitment experience. The position also oversees recruitment financials, manages relationships with third-party vendors, and ensures timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
