This is a benefit-eligible part-time (24 hours/week) onsite Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position at Cherry Health’s Heart of the City Health Center. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborating physician, the provider delivers comprehensive primary care across specialties (Family Practice, Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN) to a diverse, underserved patient population. The role supports Cherry Health’s mission to expand access and provide team-based, coordinated care.
