PHYSICIAN - Hospitalist - Float Pool

About this role
Essentia Health is recruiting hospitalists for a System-Wide Float Pool to travel across multiple Essentia facilities in the North Country and provide inpatient care close to community hospitals. The role is part of a large hospitalist group and offers a flexible scheduling model (1.0 FTE = 168 shifts) with mileage, rental car, and lodging reimbursement options. Providers will work within the Epic electronic medical record across the system and may receive additional compensation via bonuses or incentives.
