Physician Informaticist

Yale Health is seeking an experienced, board-certified physician to serve in a hybrid Physician Informaticist role, splitting time between clinical practice in a primary care service line and clinical informatics leadership. This position involves serving as the flagship Epic Physician Builder, leading EHR optimization, clinical decision support, and digital health initiatives under the direction of the Chief Medical Information Officer. The role also includes representing Yale Health in broader university and health system informatics communities to ensure priorities are reflected in enterprise strategy.
