Physician (MD/DO)

The Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered medical care within a team-based model at a Federally Qualified Health Center, addressing acute, chronic, preventive, behavioral health, and reproductive health needs. Serving as a clinical leader, the role involves supporting care team members, supervising Advanced Practice Providers, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. This position aims to improve access to care, reduce health disparities, and advance health equity for a diverse and underserved population.
