About this role
This role plans and implements physician recruitment strategies to fulfill system-wide physician staffing needs across hospitals and affiliated private practices. The position sources, pre-screens, and evaluates physician candidates nationally and internationally and partners with hiring managers and medical leadership to make hiring recommendations. The role supports recruitment for medical and surgical specialties across urban, suburban, and rural locations and requires frequent travel.
