Physician

The Physician provides primary, urgent, or specialty medical care to patients at the NEMS clinic, developing comprehensive plans of care that include diagnosis, treatment, and referrals. The role involves performing and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and counseling patients on preventative health measures. Additionally, the physician may serve as an attending physician for hospitalized patients and participate in training and quality assurance programs.
