Plume is seeking a part-time, fully remote Physician licensed in Missouri to provide longitudinal gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) and expanded clinical services to patients across the United States. The role involves onboarding new patients, managing follow-up care including lab and prescription management, and responding to clinical questions while leveraging technology and electronic medical record systems. This position requires a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week and focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a remote startup environment.
