Quantum Diamonds develops and deploys quantum sensing systems for semiconductor failure analysis and advanced packaging inspection. Their commercially available QDm.1 system uses diamond nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center technology to deliver high-resolution, non-destructive magnetic current imaging for fast defect localization at the single-chip level.
