A Physiotherapist will join HammondCare's Home Care allied health team to deliver physiotherapy services to clients in the Inner West Sydney community. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role with a broad caseload and autonomy to structure the workday while being supported by an interdisciplinary team. The role focuses on providing client-centred, evidence-based care consistent with HammondCare values and AHPRA standards.
