PI and Innovation Specialist

The Performance Improvement and Innovation Specialist designs, deploys, and integrates evidence-based methodologies, tools, and training to build an organizational learning culture of continuous improvement across the health system. The role develops, implements, and evaluates system-wide PI&I training and supports a portfolio of large-scale strategic improvement projects and targeted interventions to improve quality, safety, and operational outcomes. It partners with clinical and administrative leaders to align improvement initiatives with organizational strategy and to maintain fidelity to the Performance Improvement & Innovation system.
