PIC Test Engineering Manager

This role leads a team of talented PIC Test Engineers in the California Bay Area to develop and build test solutions for the large-scale production of complex photonic integrated circuits. The position involves managing hardware and engineering resources, expanding the test lab infrastructure, and driving cross-functional efforts to improve test efficiency and capacity. The role requires close collaboration with wafer fab locations and operations teams to ensure production ramp requirements and new product introductions are met successfully.
