Picking DC Team Manager

The Picking DC Team Manager will lead the picking function at the Lytton Distribution Centre, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, safety, and performance metrics while managing and developing a team of direct and indirect reports. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Operations Manager, the role involves forecasting, roster planning, and collaborating with store and warehouse leaders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
