Pilates Instructor

This role involves administering one-on-one and group Pilates sessions while delivering evidence-based, classical Pilates training. The instructor is responsible for growing the program, converting members into paying clients, and maintaining high customer service standards.duties include conducting client assessments, promoting the department through marketing strategies, and ensuring facility compliance. The position reports to the Performance and Wellness Manager with the potential for a future full-time conversion.
