Responsibilities

• Ensures the safe operation of flight by complying with company and regulatory requirements and conducting flight planning, weight and balance, and maintenance status checks.
• Utilizes TPC briefing methodology to lead briefings and mitigate operational risks, and communicates with crew and support personnel using CRM and TEM.
• Maintains regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience, and reports safety or non-compliance concerns through the appropriate channels.
• Provides quality service to owners and passengers, identifies opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience, and resolves service deviations.
• Collaborates with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to ensure consistent service experience and resolves conflicts in an acceptable manner.
