The Pilot/Escort Driver works with the Clayton Connect team to ensure the safe and efficient transport of oversized loads, predominantly from manufacturing locations to retailers. This role involves traveling multiple hours daily with overnight stays, communicating hazards and route requirements to the Toter Driver, and assisting with cargo preparation and maintenance. The position requires a team mindset to accomplish shipping goals while representing the company professionally.
