Kairos Power is a U.S.-based advanced reactor company focused on enabling the clean-energy transition by commercializing fluoride salt–cooled high-temperature reactors (FHRs). Their design pairs TRISO particle fuel with a liquid fluoride salt coolant to deliver high outlet temperatures, passive safety features, and dispatchable, low‑carbon power and industrial heat. Kairos is developing demonstration projects in the United States to validate the technology and de-risk a path to commercial deployment for utilities and industrial customers. The company positions its reactors as a scalable, resilient option for decarbonizing electricity and process heat.
