Pitching Performance Coach

The Pitching Performance Coach at Tread Athletics will remotely and on-site train baseball players of all levels, overseeing their throwing biomechanics, programming, pitch design, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and mental game. The role involves managing a portfolio of athletes, building relationships to drive retention, and collaborating with content and analytics teams to deliver measurable performance improvements.
